We are sorry, but due to the current problems at the border and additional bureaucracy & possible charges / VAT we currently can not post as usual to the EU. We will update this section once we will be able to post again.

Please be advised that orders to the EU will be just processed every Monday morning.
This will give the marine algae the best chance to arrive fast at yours.

The delivery time will take 1-4 working days. We will provide you a tracking code so you will know exactly where your parcel is.

Due to the perishable nature of our goods the delivery need to be accepted on the first delivery attempt. Should you ask the courier for an item to be left unattended or change the delivery day then please note that this is at your own risk.

The macroalgae will be posted as a weather protected parcel including where necessary a heat pack to assure the safe arrival even in cold weather periods.

Although we do our best to protect the macroalgae as good as possible, we can not guarantee the quality of the live algae on arrival, as it might be longer in transit than usual which is beyond our control.

Therefore any posting within the EU will be fully at your own risk. We can not replace any algae which diminished in transit.

Please check before you order if there are any macroalgae which you are not allowed to import to your country, as we can not be held responsible for this or any problems which might occur with this, like for example a stopped delivery in transit.
