Aquatic Products ( not Macroalgae )

You can return an item which has not been used and is in a completely resalable condition and in original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of receiving it. 
Please contact us HERE so we can provide you with a unique return number.

If the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective we will cover the return costs.
Return costs for unwanted items must be covered by the purchaser.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours from receipt of your returned items.


Macroalgae and other perishable products

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy with the macroalgae you received on arrival we will refund you the full money back. *1

The refund will be processed once we have received & checked the returned original sealed macroalgae within 48 hours from receipt of your returned items.

You must advise us within 24 hours of taking delivery that you suspect a problem or when you are not fully happy with the macroalgae you have received.

In case you suspect a problem with the macroalgae please provide a picture of it on arrival in its original packaging and original sealed.

Unfortunately we can just accept returns of unopened and original sealed macroalgae species, as after adding them to your aquarium environment it is out of our control how they perform as the water parameters may not be suitable for the macroalgae.

You must post the macroalgae back to us using Royal Mail First Class Signed for to us within 48 hours of taking delivery.

Orders where the express delivery option have been chosen or when a special delivery day has been agreed need to be accepted on the first delivery attempt.  Otherwise we cannot guarantee the quality of the macroalgae on arrival nor replace any macroalgae which has been diminished in transit. The order is completed when the first delivery attempt has been carried out.

Please note that we can not accept any returns after you have added the macroalgae to your aquarium.
We will do our best to provide you with all the information necessary to keep the macroalgae successfully in your tank, but sometimes water conditions and the light used may not provide the right environment for the macroalgae.
