Triton TM is a water quality measuring & maintaining method, where certified Triton TM labs will test two water samples, taken 30 days apart to provide an exact overview about the composition of the water, including trace elements which usually can't be measured accurately at home.

The result will provide an accurate and detailed overview about the tank water quality and which elements the tank uses within one month, to give the user a detailed information about what elements in which quantity needs to be replenished. 

The aim of that method is to provide a healthy and stable water quality for the marine tank inhabitants on a highly accurate level. Resulting as well in reduced necessary water changes - almost eliminating it.

As a combination, Triton TM recommends to set up the tank with live rock and sand in the display and to establish in the sump a macro algae refugium, beside of the usage of a skimmer.

All the algae we sell are from our special Macro Algae Tanks setups which are kept without any fishes for a disease-free and premium quality. This said, they might come with hitchhikers not limited to Copepods and Rotifers, as those beneficial critters love the protected environment of our planted marine tanks.
